Seriously, it snowed 2 days before Halloween... and the trees still have all their fall leaves (some trees aren't even turning yet!), so the weight of the snow sticking to all the leaves broke tree branches off left and right here. Talk about major power outages. I'm told the last time it snowed in October here

Oh man, I'm killing myself. Okay, not really. I used to be a pretty physical person. I even enjoyed running the cross-country course. But sadly, I have been inactive for quite a while. So, I'm trying to change that. I've been hitting the running and working out pretty hard this week. And I'm so stiff today! Urgh. Just gotta keep telling myself, you'll get used to it, you'll get used to it… now only to make it there. XD The good news is that it's causing me to lose weight, and hey, for a girl, that's never a bad thing, is it? Heh

Man, ever hear that old wives tale about deaths always coming in threes? My aunt died yesterday, and one of our family friends today. When I say family friend, he was at everything. All our family gatherings, he came to watch us kids in our dance recitals, parades, pageants, festivals, and competitions. He was always there ever since before I was born. And now Brad is stuck in that big, decorative house all by himself. How sad. It's strange to say, but I was closer to him than my aunt. o_O His funeral will be most sad.
